Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

TechForge Direct is the trading name of JCO Holdings LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of techforgedirect.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Orders, Sourcing and Availability

We do not hold stock. We are an authorized dealer for Dake Corporation, Full Spectrum Laser, FLUX, CreatBot, Geo Knight & Co. and Makinex within the United States, and equipment is ordered from the manufacturer or its distribution network once your order is placed. Every product therefore carries a manufacturer lead time in addition to transit, and all products are subject to availability from the manufacturer. Estimated delivery times by category are in our Shipping Policy, and product-specific lead times are shown on the product page.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel for a full refund.

Standard curbside freight shipping within the United States is included. Optional delivery services - liftgate, residential, limited-access, inside delivery and rigging - are not included and are quoted in writing for your approval before any charge. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line. We do not add membership fees, handling fees, subscriptions or any charge you have not seen and approved.

Card and wallet payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other PCI DSS compliant processors; we do not store your card details. Pay-over-time financing, where offered, is provided by Affirm through Shop Pay, not by us. Approval is subject to Affirm's credit assessment, and depending on the plan you are offered an installment plan may carry interest and fees, meaning the total you pay may exceed the cash price shown on the product page. Your installment agreement is with Affirm. See our Payment Options page for the authoritative list of accepted payment methods.

5. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel at any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee. Once shipped, an order becomes a return. Defective, damaged or incorrect items: full refund or replacement, we pay return transport, no restocking fee. Change of mind: a 25% restocking fee applies and you pay return shipping or freight, quoted in writing before you commit. Full terms are in our Return and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including manufacturer unavailability, an error in the description or price, or suspected fraud. Where we cancel, we refund in full and tell you why.

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms, freight requirements and transit coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier, but nothing in this clause limits your rights where goods arrive damaged - see the inspection procedure in our Shipping Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Content we create - our name, logo, site design and original text - belongs to JCO Holdings LLC. Manufacturer-supplied product images, specifications and descriptions remain the property of the respective manufacturer and are used to identify and describe equipment we are authorized to sell. All third-party product names, brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the site or its networks. Do not use our name or trademarks in meta tags or hidden text without our written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and we make no warranty about the operation of the website itself. This does not limit our obligations in respect of the products we sell, which are governed by the manufacturer's warranty, our Return and Refund Policy, and your rights under applicable law, none of which are excluded here.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits your rights under our Return and Refund Policy, your rights in respect of a defective or mis-described product, or any right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection law in your state of residence.
