TechForge Direct is an online retailer of industrial machinery, metalworking equipment, laser systems, and professional 3D printing hardware. We serve fabrication shops, manufacturers, makerspaces, contractors, and businesses across the United States.

Who We Are

TechForge Direct is the trading name of JCO Holdings LLC, a Colorado limited liability company registered in Denver. We are a small, independent team, and you will speak to a person when you call.

We are an online business. Our registered office and mailing address is provided by our registered agent in Denver, Colorado — it is not a retail store, showroom, or warehouse, and we do not hold equipment there or anywhere else. See Contact Us for the full address and how to reach us.

Authorized Dealer Status

TechForge Direct is an authorized dealer for the following manufacturers, and is authorized to sell their products within the United States:

• Dake Corporation — hydraulic and arbor presses, bandsaws, cold saws, drill presses, tube benders
• Full Spectrum Laser — CO2 laser cutters and engravers
• FLUX — desktop CO2 and fiber laser systems
• CreatBot — industrial and professional large-format 3D printers
• Geo Knight & Co. — heat transfer presses and accessories
• Makinex — generators, power distribution, and jobsite equipment

All equipment we sell is new, supplied in original manufacturer packaging, and carries the applicable manufacturer warranty. If you would like to see our dealer authorization for a particular brand before you buy, ask us and we will provide it.

Product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them to identify and describe the equipment we are authorized to sell. Where we reference a manufacturer we are not an authorized dealer for — for example when noting compatibility with third-party software or accessories — that reference is descriptive only and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

What We Carry

Our current catalog covers:

• Metalworking machinery — hydraulic presses, arbor presses, horizontal and vertical bandsaws, cold saws, drill presses, tube benders, and tooling
• Laser cutters and engravers — desktop and professional CO2 and MOPA fiber systems, plus accessories and consumables
• 3D printers — professional and industrial FDM machines, including high-temperature PEEK and ULTEM capable systems
• Heat presses — clamshell, swing-away, and specialty transfer presses with accessories
• Construction and jobsite equipment — generators and portable power distribution

That is the whole catalog. We do not sell hand tools, hardware, power tools, CNC machining centres, or robotics. We are actively adding lines — if a category is not listed above, we do not carry it yet, and we would rather tell you that than let you spend time looking. Call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can source what you need.

How We Operate

We do not hold equipment in stock. We are not a warehouse and we do not keep inventory on a shelf. When you place an order, we order the machine from the manufacturer or its distribution network. Smaller items such as parts, tooling, and accessories ship by parcel carrier. Machinery ships by LTL freight, usually directly from the manufacturer, and requires a scheduled delivery appointment.

Because equipment is built or allocated to order, every item on this site carries a manufacturer lead time in addition to transit time. Lead times vary by manufacturer and model:

• Parts, tooling, dies, and accessories — typically 5 to 10 business days total.
• Machinery shipping by domestic LTL freight — typically 10 to 20 business days total; made-to-order, high-capacity, or custom-voltage machines take longer.
• CreatBot 3D printers — these ship by sea freight and take considerably longer. The lead time is stated on each CreatBot product page. Please read it before ordering.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If you need a firm date before you commit, call or email us with the model number and we will confirm the current lead time with the manufacturer in writing. If a confirmed lead time turns out to be materially longer than the estimate shown on the product page, you may cancel for a full refund with no fee. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

What Drives Us

Buying a $50,000 machine online should not feel like a gamble. Our aim is honest product information, clear pricing, policies that say what they mean, and a phone number that reaches a person who can answer a technical question before you buy rather than after.

If a spec looks wrong, a lead time looks unrealistic, or a policy is unclear — tell us. We would rather fix it.
