What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Mechanical Height Adjustable Work Tables for Ergonomic Material Positioning

Mechanical height adjustable work tables provide precise load positioning for assembly, packaging, maintenance, machine feeding, and general material handling applications. Designed to move and hold materials at a preferred working height, these post tables help reduce bending, reaching, and unnecessary repositioning while giving operators stable support for heavy parts and products.

Positive Mechanical Lift Control

The precision sprocket and gear lifting mechanism provides positive height adjustment without downward drift, making these tables a strong choice where consistent positioning is important. A two-speed manual gear system allows operators to move heavy loads at 1/8 inch per crank rotation or lighter loads at 5/16 inch per crank rotation for faster adjustment.

Low and High Profile Models

This family includes low-profile and high-profile configurations with platform sizes ranging from 18 x 28 inches to 30 x 60 inches. Capacities range from 1,000 lb. to 2,000 lb., giving distributors and end users options for different load sizes, working heights, and production requirements.

Mobile Steel Construction

All-welded steel deck construction provides long-lasting durability in industrial environments. The tables roll on two rigid and two swivel 5 inch by 2 inch poly-on-steel casters for controlled movement, and a standard floor lock helps keep the unit in place during loading, unloading, or work positioning.
