Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

Counterbalanced Powered Stackers and Electric Drive Lift Trucks

Counterbalanced Powered Drive Lifts combine the lifting capabilities of a powered stacker with the versatility needed for applications where traditional fork-over designs cannot operate. The counterbalance configuration provides unobstructed access to skids, machinery, racks, and workstations, making these electric lift trucks ideal for die handling, machine feeding, pallet positioning, and truck loading or unloading. Powered drive and lift functions reduce manual effort while improving workplace safety, productivity, and load control.

Key Features & Benefits

Equipped with high-torque DC drive and lift motors, these powered stackers deliver reliable performance for demanding industrial environments. Ergonomic controls include infinitely variable forward and reverse travel speeds, lift and lower functions, battery status monitoring, and an integrated horn. A proprietary emergency reverse belly switch, automatic electromagnetic braking system, and dead-man safety feature help protect operators during use. Adjustable forks accommodate a variety of pallet and load sizes, while the accessible battery compartment simplifies maintenance and service.

Applications

These counterbalanced electric lifts are well suited for manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, maintenance departments, and production lines. Their open-front design allows operators to handle loads in locations where outriggers or straddle legs would interfere with equipment, pallets, containers, or machinery. Models are available with capacities up to 2,000 pounds and lifting heights reaching up to 118 inches for elevated storage and material positioning.

Configurations & Options

Multiple lift heights, load capacities, fork lengths, and rider platform configurations are available to match specific operational requirements. Optional attachments include reel rotators, roll and drum handling forks, roller platforms, pole attachments, ball hitch adapters, removable work platforms, and maintenance-free AGM battery upgrades. This broad range of configurations allows a single powered lift platform to support numerous material handling tasks throughout a facility. Proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function When actuated, the emergency reverse belly switch instantly reverses direction and moves the unit forward (away from the operator) until the switch is released or after five seconds have elapsed. The built-in safety circuit will automatically disable the entire unit if the emergency reverse belly switch is activated for more than 5 seconds after which the unit must be re-set to return to normal operating conditions. This state-of-the-art safety device provides a high degree of operator protection.

Battery options are available; Absorbed Glass Matt, suffix AGM. Batteries are completely maintenance free. Sealed construction eliminates periodic watering and corrosive acid fume spills.

Q: I'm interested in adding the 42" forks to the S-2CB-62 stacker. What would the load center be with the longer forks?
A: The S-2CB-42-FK load center would be 21" when installed on the S-2CB-62 stacker.

Q: Is S-CB-118 a class 2 carriage?
A: This is not a class 2 carriage.

Q: Are the forks removable on the S-CB-118?
A: Yes! The forks on the S-CB-118 are removable.

Q: What is the free lift on the counterbalanced stackers?
A: There is not a "free lift" on the counterbalanced stackers. It will lift at a 2:1 ratio. For every 2" the forks raise, the mast will raise 1".

Q: Will the S-2CB-42-FK forks come installed on the stacker?
A: When the S-2CB-42 is ordered with the counter balanced stacker, the original forks will be shipped on the stacker and the 42" forks will be sent along the side.

Q: Does S-DK work with S-CB models?
A: S-DK does not work with S-CB models, but it does work with S-2CB models.

Q: What is the minimum aisle width for S-2CB-62?
A: The minimum aisle width for S-2CB-62 is 144", with the stand-up platform folded up.
