Standard shipping (free on every order) is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

The expanded metal deck provides a wider work platform than boom lifts and the 1,000 lbs platform load capacity and full perimeter guard rail system offers superior safety.

Strong and rigid modular component guardrail eliminates loose movement and allows for easy replacement of individual guard rails should damage occur.
Guard rails can be easily removed and laid flat inside platform for transportation.
Spring loaded latches and spring hinges means gates automatically close for increased safety.
Expanded metal deck with 1,000 lbs platform capacity provides safe work area.
Universal ‘slip-on-forks’ for easy attachment. Suitable for both extended reach and straight mast forklifts with a 48" or wider carriage and 48" long forks. Accepts forks up to 7" wide and 2¾" thick.
Quick-Tach option available (forklift must have quick-tach connector). Always use if forklift is equipped with forks longer than 48".
Optional 42” wide x 84” tall mast protection screen (model 1250) protects operator from forklift mast moving parts.
Meets/exceeds ANSI standards.

Ordering Notes

Genie or Terex telehandlers: these use the G-series version of each platform. Let us know your telehandler make and model when ordering.
Quick-Tach version: available on request for forklifts with a quick-tach connector; contact us for pricing.
Mast Protection Screen (1250): recommended whenever the platform is used on a straight-mast forklift.

Danger: Do NOT use without installing retaining pins behind the heel of each fork and securing with hairpins or cotter pins. Safety chain(s) must also be used.
