Standard shipping (free on every order) is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

The Cut-True 31H is a heavy-duty hydraulic guillotine cutter that trims paper stacks up to 28.7" wide and 3.94" high with 0.1mm accuracy. It is built for true two-shift production in digital print shops, commercial printers, and in-plant finishing departments, and it turns large press sheets into brochures, invitations, business cards, and more with clean, square cuts.

Overview

Programming is handled on the color touchscreen, which stores up to 100 jobs with up to 100 cuts each, including paper-eject steps and on-screen prompts for turning the stack. The back gauge positions itself automatically, which saves operator time and keeps every cut repeatable.

Before each cut, the foot-pedal pre-clamp holds the stack in place while the LED cut line confirms the cut position. Fine adjustments can be made with the electronic back gauge switch. A two-hand, electronically controlled cut cycle then drives the hardened blade through the full stack.

Moving heavy stock is easier with the air-assist ball deck and oversized side tables. Clamp pressure is set from a gauge-equipped knob. For jobs that need a shorter minimum cut, remove the false clamp to bring the minimum cut length down to 1.18".
