Standard shipping (free on every order) is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

EKKO EK18RRL Stand-Up Reach Truck

The EKKO EK18RRL is the 196" (16.33 ft) lift version of EKKO's 4,000 lb stand-up narrow-aisle reach truck, sized for buildings with lower racking or overhead limits. It keeps the 22.44" reach, triple mast with free lift and side shift of the EK18RR, with a 48V/420Ah battery and charger included.

FAQ

What is a reach truck?
A reach truck has a mast that extends forward with the reach mechanism, so it can place and retrieve pallets deep in racking while the truck itself stays in a narrow aisle. Its outriggers carry the load, which keeps the truck compact.

Why stand-up instead of sit-down?
The operator steps on and off quickly, sees well in both directions and turns in less space, which suits jobs with frequent stops in narrow aisles.

Is it for indoor use?
Yes. It is electric with no exhaust and polyurethane wheels, made for smooth, level indoor floors.

Are the battery and charger included?
Yes. The 48V/420Ah battery and a 480V 3-phase charger come standard. 220V 3-phase or 110V single-phase chargers are available at extra cost.

How is it delivered?
Units ship by freight truck from EKKO. Inspect the truck on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos before signing.

Warranty

Covered by the EKKO Advantage Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, starting at purchase through an authorized EKKO dealer:

Frame, forks and mast: 3 years
Major components (traction and lift motors, controller, hydraulic pump, transmission, charger): 1 year, parts
Batteries: covered against defects for 1 to 5 years depending on model and battery type (contact us for the term on this model)
Wear items (tires, bulbs, lights, rubber parts): 30 days

Labor is not included unless approved in advance by EKKO. The warranty does not cover normal wear parts (brakes, tires, load wheels, bulbs, filters, motor brushes and similar), damage from misuse, overloading, accidents or unapproved modifications, failures caused by skipped scheduled maintenance, normal battery degradation, or freight damage. Please inspect the unit at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos. Coverage is void if the serial number is removed or defaced. Warranty claims are handled through TechForge Direct as your authorized EKKO dealer.
