Standard shipping (free on every order) is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

EKKO EPC-LI Series Compact Lithium Pallet Jack, Removable Battery

The EKKO EPC-LI Series is a compact powered walk-behind pallet jack: an electric drive motor moves the load and the forks lift at the push of a button, so operators move pallets with far less effort than a manual jack. It handles up to 5,000 lbs and comes in 3 capacities. A removable 48V lithium-ion battery gives maintenance-free power that can be topped up on breaks or swapped out and charged off the truck.

FAQ

Electric vs manual pallet jack: which do I need?
A manual jack is fine for short moves and light, occasional use. An electric jack drives and lifts under power, so it is faster and far less tiring for frequent moves, heavier loads or longer distances.

What floors is it designed for?
Smooth, level indoor concrete and dock plates. Polyurethane wheels are quiet and non-marking but not meant for gravel or rough outdoor surfaces.

Why lithium?
Lithium needs no watering, charges faster, can be opportunity-charged on breaks and lasts longer than lead acid.

Is the charger included?
Yes, a charger is included, and the battery can be removed to charge it away from the truck. Contact us to confirm the input voltage for your facility.

Do operators need training?
Yes. Powered pallet trucks are powered industrial trucks under OSHA 1910.178, so operators should be trained and evaluated before use.

How is it delivered?
Units ship by freight from EKKO. Inspect the unit on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos before signing.

Warranty

Covered by the EKKO Advantage Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, starting at purchase through an authorized EKKO dealer:

Frame, forks and mast: 3 years
Major components (traction and lift motors, controller, hydraulic pump, transmission, charger): 1 year, parts
Batteries: covered against defects for 1 to 5 years depending on model and battery type (contact us for the term on this model)
Wear items (tires, bulbs, lights, rubber parts): 30 days

Labor is not included unless approved in advance by EKKO. The warranty does not cover normal wear parts (brakes, tires, load wheels, bulbs, filters, motor brushes and similar), damage from misuse, overloading, accidents or unapproved modifications, failures caused by skipped scheduled maintenance, normal battery degradation, or freight damage. Please inspect the unit at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos. Coverage is void if the serial number is removed or defaced. Warranty claims are handled through TechForge Direct as your authorized EKKO dealer.
