Standard shipping (free on every order) is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

EKKO EOP70 Electric Mid-Level Order Picker

The EKKO EOP70 is a 2,200 lb mid-level order picker with a triple mast, adjustable forks and an auxiliary lift. The operator rides with the load to a 196" lift height (about 258" picking height), picking full cases onto a pallet. A Curtis controller, German AC drive and electronic power steering give precise control, and the 24V/350Ah battery and charger are included.

FAQ

What is a mid-level order picker?
It lifts the operator and a pallet together to mid-height racking, so full cases can be picked and stacked directly onto the load. The EOP70 reaches a picking height of about 258 inches.

Are the battery and charger included?
Yes. The 24V/350Ah battery and a 24V/50A charger are included.

Is it for indoor use?
Yes. It is battery powered with no exhaust and polyurethane or non-marking wheels, made for smooth, level indoor floors.

How is it delivered?
Units ship by freight truck from EKKO. Inspect the unit on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos before signing.

Warranty

Covered by the EKKO Advantage Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, starting at purchase through an authorized EKKO dealer:

Frame, forks and mast: 3 years
Major components (traction and lift motors, controller, hydraulic pump, transmission, charger): 1 year, parts
Batteries: covered against defects for 1 to 5 years depending on model and battery type (contact us for the term on this model)
Wear items (tires, bulbs, lights, rubber parts): 30 days

Labor is not included unless approved in advance by EKKO. The warranty does not cover normal wear parts (brakes, tires, load wheels, bulbs, filters, motor brushes and similar), damage from misuse, overloading, accidents or unapproved modifications, failures caused by skipped scheduled maintenance, normal battery degradation, or freight damage. Please inspect the unit at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos. Coverage is void if the serial number is removed or defaced. Warranty claims are handled through TechForge Direct as your authorized EKKO dealer.
