Product Description

EKKO EK07S Counterbalanced Walkie Stacker

The EKKO EK07S is a fully powered, walk-behind counterbalanced stacker that lifts 1,550 lbs to 118". With the load carried against a rear counterweight instead of straddle legs, it can pick up closed-bottom pallets, skids and bins and pull right up to racks, workbenches and truck beds, giving you much of a forklift's flexibility in a compact pedestrian machine. It runs on a 24V lead-acid battery with included charger.

FAQ

Counterbalanced vs straddle stacker: what's the difference?
A straddle stacker has legs that reach around the pallet, so it needs open-bottom pallets and floor clearance under the load. A counterbalanced stacker has no legs in front; a rear counterweight balances the load, so it handles closed-bottom pallets, skids and odd loads and can drive right up to a truck bed or bench. The trade-off is a longer, heavier machine.

What floors is it designed for?
Smooth, level indoor concrete. Polyurethane wheels give low rolling resistance and won't mark floors but are not meant for gravel, dirt or rough outdoor yards.

Lead acid or lithium?
Lithium needs no watering or equalizing, charges faster, can be opportunity-charged on breaks without shortening battery life, and lasts longer. Lead acid has the lower purchase price.

Is the charger included?
Yes, a charger is included. Contact us to confirm the input voltage for your facility.

Do operators need training?
Yes. Powered industrial truck operators should be trained and evaluated per OSHA 1910.178 before use, and should read the operation manual.

How is it delivered?
Units ship by freight truck from EKKO, usually without a liftgate, so plan for a loading dock or a forklift to unload. Inspect the stacker on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos before signing.
