Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

How a Dehumidifier Works

1. Air is drawn into the unit by a fan
2. Air passes over a cold surface
3. As the air is cooled, it’s moisture condenses
4. Water falls into the container
5. Air is re-heated by the heat recovery system
6. Air passes back into room 2°C warmer and considerably dryer
7. Defrost system automatically de-ices unit as necessary
8. Unit switches off automatically when container is full
9. When the unit achieves the selected level of dryness it switches off automatically

The Application

The EIPL CD30-S and CD30-SE units are high effeciency versons of the CD30 and CD30E heavy-duty, portable dehumidifiers which are at home in hostile industrial or marine environments. Both models are ideal for both permanent installation in remote pump stations, pipe galleries, electronic and mechanical equipment areas or for quick transport between job sites and problem areas. You can rely on this durable unit to perform faithfully without complicated maintenance or costly downtime.

Proven Perfoprmance

Under the operating conditions of 80°F and 60% Relative Humidity (AHAM standard, baseline used to compare the performance of industrial dehumidifiers), the CD30-S / CD30-SE units will remove more than 24 pints of harmful water vapor each day, additionally, nearly 4 gallons per day can be efficiently removed in an extreme environment. The CD30-S / CD30-SE units are definitely not “another pretty face” but tough, self sufficient performers

The Problem

Excess humidity in your crawl space, warehouse, office factory or shop results in corrosion, mold growth and rotting. Enormous costs are incurred every year through damage to inventory and through inflated building maintenance costs as a result of dampness. Even if your building seems dry during the day, at night when the temperature falls the humidity rises and the condensation process begins. The compact physical size, and high performance, makes the CD30-S family the ideal choice for small spaces.

The Dehumidifier

EIPL dehumidifiers are effective solutions to environmental control problems. The CD ranges of units are high capacity dehumidifiers, made to operate at high efficiencies by removing moisture from the air through the refrigeration process. The fan draws the moist air through the cold evaporator coil, which cools the air below its dew point. Moisture forms on the evaporator coil and is collected in the condensate tray, before draining away though the condensate drain tube. Inorder for the water to flow in a gravity drainage system, the unit must be mounted higher than the drain. The cooled air then passes through the hot condenser coil where it is reheated using the same energy removed during the cooling phase, plus the additional heat generated by the compressor. The air is, therefore, discharged from the dehumidifier at a slightly higher temperature with a lower absolute humidity than that which entered. Continuous circulation of air through the dehumidifier gradually reduces the relative humidity within the area. Because the CD ranges of units are equipped with an internal humidistat, they automatically switch on and off to save energy and expense by maintaining the desired level of humidity with intermittent operation. The additional features of the CD30-SE make the unit the ideal choice for installations where remote monitoring is required. The alarm humidistat can be adjusted and preset during the installation process and will provide means of identifying a high humidity condition. This unit is also supplied complete with a wall mount bracket and installation kit.
