Free shipping is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address, or parcel delivery for smaller items. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, and rigging, are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email and affix the label to the outside of the package. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

The generator is 50-state CARB compliant, making it suitable for use across the United States.

Equipped with industry-standard 50A, 30A, and 20A outlets, the 23kW 240V can power multiple pieces of single-phase and 240V three-phase equipment simultaneously, with no need for voltage selection. Simply plug equipment into the appropriate outlet and power it up!

Avoid all the hassle of a cumbersome heavy-duty generator parked at the curb. The 23kW 240V is so small it fits in your equipment trailer or truck, and gets through standard doorways. So, you can put it right where it is needed, and eliminate the hazard and power loss of long cables.

The 23kW uses permanent-magnet brushless alternator technology and has totally independent circuits for 120V and 240V. This guarantees clean 240V three-phase power that is completely unaffected by the load on the 120V circuit during simultaneous 120V/240V operation.

These advanced alternator features yield 15% more power from the same engine than is possible with conventional copper-wound alternators while requiring fewer electronic components. This makes for less wear and tear and a longer lifespan.
