Standard shipping (free on every order) is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

Formax Cut-True DDC50 Automatic Digital Die Cutter

The Cut-True DDC50 brings die-cutting in-house without the cost or wait of physical dies. It cuts, kiss-cuts, creases and perforates cut sheets from 140 to 350 microns, turning them into custom packaging, display pieces, labels and stickers on demand. QR code recognition lets it run a stack of mixed jobs unattended. It is built for print shops and in-plant operations in the mid-production range.

Overview

Design work starts in Cut-True Pro Production Studio Software, which is included and works with Adobe Illustrator. Build cut and crease paths, use the template maker, and save jobs to the job library. When a printed sheet carries a QR code, the DDC50 reads it and loads the matching job settings automatically. Operators can load a stack of different jobs and let the machine sort out each one.

Sheets are pulled from the extendable infeed tray by the vacuum belt feeder, which uses an air blade and auto-jog to separate them cleanly. The CCD camera locates registration marks so every cut lines up with the printed image. The dual-action head then cuts, kiss-cuts, creases or perforates at up to 47 inches per second.

A freestanding PC workstation is included, with its own stand and a 32" curved monitor. The cutter rolls on an all-metal stand with casters, so it fits into existing finishing departments without a dedicated install.
