These are estimates, not guarantees. We do not hold stock — your equipment is ordered from the manufacturer once you order. If your item is on back-order, or the manufacturer confirms a longer lead time, we will contact you promptly and you may cancel for a full refund with no fee.
Free shipping is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address, or parcel delivery for smaller items. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, and rigging, are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.
1. Return shipping costs
You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped equipment this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.
2. Preparing your return
Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email and affix the label to the outside of the package. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machines must not have been powered on or put into service. Photographic evidence is required.
3. Restocking fee
Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $5,000 machine that is $1,250.
4. Damaged or incorrect products
Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.
5. Refunds
Processed within 7 days of your returned item being received and inspected.
6. Cancellations
Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.
