Free shipping is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.
1. Return shipping costs
You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.
2. Preparing your return
Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.
3. Restocking fee
Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.
4. Damaged or incorrect products
Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.
5. Refunds
Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.
6. Cancellations
Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

Weld-RX Fume Extractor
Portable Laser Welding Extractor with 99.999% @ 0.3 micron HEPA filtration (standard) and high efficiency prefiltration to capture the ultrafine particles generated by laser welding. Extracts, filters and recirculates clean air into the workspace. Includes 10 foot long, 8" diameter duct, lightweight, high-flow, high-maneuverability extraction arm. For local exhaust ventilation. Plug and play: comes fully assembled in one box. Just lift it off of the pallet and plug it into a standard 120V wall socket.

High Efficiency HEPA and Prefilter as Standard
F9 Pre-filter: The pre-filter removes the majority of the submicronic respirable dust, protecting the critical downstream HEPA filter from strain and premature clogging. The filter media is encased in a strong aluminum cartridge to resist contamination bypass. The high surface area mini-pleat filter media ensures high capacity and efficiency for laser welding applications.
HEPA filter: The HEPA filter is tested at 99.999% @ 0.3 microns. This means that it removes 99.999% of the most aerodynamically penetrating particles, known to be 0.3 microns, while smaller and larger particles are even more effectively captured, resulting in extremely clean air; free of respirable dust. The filter media is encased in a rigid aluminum cartridge to resist contamination bypass. The high surface area mini-pleat filter media ensures high capacity and efficiency for laser welding applications.

FREE-FLO Extraction Arm
Take full advantage of the blower's power with the huge free-flowing 8-inch diameter arm – maintains OSHA compliant capture velocity and suction range for longer. An 8" duct is nearly 5x more free-flowing than a 6" duct.
Faster and smoother airflow is achieved by keeping the arm's mechanical structure external to the duct – no velocity robbing obstructions within the airstream! The joints also move more freely and last longer when isolated from the abrasive, metallic, welding fume particles present in the duct.
The innovative arm features easily accessible exterior friction adjustments, ensuring quick and effortless positioning. With Filtrabox's unique "anti-slip adjustments," the joints maintain their tension without the common issue of bolts loosening over time. Combined with a lightweight design, this arm requires significantly less effort to position and stays securely in place, eliminating any sagging.
Excellent reach with a length of 10 feet. Included as standard.

Reliable and easy to read analog pressure gauge will let you know when to change the filters – no guess work. Included as standard.
Powerful 1.5 HP Blower Motor
Provides the power you need to achieve OSHA compliant capture velocity for welding. Heavy-duty reliability.
Spark Arrestor
A spark arrestor prevents sparks and embers from being expelled into the environment. The spark arrestor is a steel mesh on a steel frame which is removable for cleaning. The mesh spark arrestor is situated in front of the prefilter and after a spark baffle chamber which is just aft of the blower impeller.
