Free shipping is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, and rigging, are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

Product Description

The Model 1-3/4 is the side-mount version of Dake's ratchet leverage series, offering 3 tons of pressing capacity and a friction brake. It can be mounted to almost any vertical surface and bolts directly onto Dake Dura-Press machines. A ratchet drive lets you work the lever from whatever position is most comfortable, a counterweight snaps it back after every downstroke, and the handwheel brings the ram to the work quickly.

Warranty Information

All Dake Corporation machines purchased through TechForge Direct carry Dake's standard limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Finished machines: 1 year (12 months) from the date of shipment.
Replacement/component parts purchased separately: 30 days from the delivery date.
Repair work performed by Dake: 90 days from the return date, as it pertains to the repair completed.
What is covered: Manufacturing defects found upon inspection by Dake, provided the equipment has received normal and proper use and remains with the original purchaser.
What is not covered: Damage from improper use, unauthorized service, or normal wear and tear.
