Standard shipping (free on every order) is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

Drum Lifter Rotator Transporters for 55 Gallon Drum Handling and Dispensing

Portable drum lifter, rotator, and transporters provide an efficient all-in-one solution for lifting, moving, rotating, and dispensing 55 gallon steel and fiber drums. Designed for warehouses, production areas, drum storage rooms, maintenance departments, and material handling facilities, these units help reduce manual drum handling while improving control during loading, unloading, pouring, and rack transfer tasks.

Controlled Lift and Rotation

Models raise drums up to 62 inches in the vertical position and provide 360 degree drum rotation for controlled dumping, draining, and dispensing. Manual hand crank rotation, powered rotation, and lift operation options allow facilities to match the unit to workflow, operator preference, and drum handling frequency.

Manual, DC, and Air Powered Models

This family includes manual hydraulic, DC powered, air powered lift with manual rotation, and DC powered lift, drive, and rotate models with scale. Each unit supports 550 lb. capacity and is built for use with compatible 55 gallon drums.

Industrial Handling Features

Steel construction, safety shielding, and black and yellow finish provide durability and visibility in busy work areas. A standard floor lock helps stabilize the unit in a fixed position, while model options with steel jaw gripping securely hold the top lip of the drum during lift and rotation.

Q: We have both steel and plastic drums. Is there a way we can use this with both types of drums?
A: Yes. FDA-550-DRUM-LRT-PF (installed in the factory) is an adaptor that can accommodate 55 gallon plastic and fiber drums. The adaptor can be easily removed for use with steel drums.

Q: Does the DRUM-LRT-DC-SCL work with both steel and fiber drums?
A: No. The DRUM-LRT-DC-SCL is recommended for use with 55 gallon steel drums only.

Q: Can the FDA-550-DRUM-LRT-PF be installed in the field?
A: Yes. FDA-550-DRUM-LRT-PF can be installed in the factory or the field. The adaptor can be easily removed for use with steel drums.

Q: Do you manually rotate the drum or is it powered?
A: The DRUM-LRT-DC and the DRUM-LRT-DC-SCL have a manual rotation. The DRUM-LRT-DC-II has a powered rotation.
