Free shipping is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address, or parcel delivery for smaller items. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, and rigging, are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

What is your Return Policy?
30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.
1. Return shipping costs
You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped equipment this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.
2. Preparing your return
Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email and affix the label to the outside of the package. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machines must not have been powered on or put into service. Photographic evidence is required.
3. Restocking fee
Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $5,000 machine that is $1,250.
4. Damaged or incorrect products
Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.
5. Refunds
Processed within 7 days of your returned item being received and inspected.
6. Cancellations
Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

Warranty
As a FLUX consumer, you benefit under certain conditions from additional warranties. FLUX offers specific consumer warranty benefits which are in addition to, and not instead of, any legal warranties provided by your national consumer law. The duration and conditions related to the legal warranties are provided by respective local laws.
Hardware Warranty
1. FLUX Inc. warrants only the hardware (excluding accessories and consumable parts*) against defects in materials and workmanship when used as instructed in the manual for the warranty period.
*Consumable parts include filters.
2. The limited warranty covers products purchased from authorized FLUX retailers against defects in materials or workmanship.
3. Customers must provide the product serial number and related information as proof of purchase. Prior to returning any products, customers must receive an approval of shipping from our authorized reseller via email or phone. We will not accept any unapproved returned goods.
4. During the product's warranty period, FLUX may, at its discretion, take one or more of the following actions: (1) send parts to customer along with tutorials for repair, (2) approved return of the product to an authorized local reseller for (i) repair with new or refurbished parts or (ii) replacement with a new or refurbished product, provided the product was properly used according to the manufacturer's intended purposes and instructions, was not damaged due to acts of nature, and the product's casing was never disassembled without permission.
5. Original packaging is required to claim warranty; shipping in any other packaging will not be accepted.
Warranty Period — Warranty period starts at the time customer receives the product. Beam Air: 12-month limited warranty.
Post Warranty Support and Repair
1. FLUX will continue to provide tech support via phone, email, and other online methods even after the product warranty period.
2. After the warranty period, all costs—including but not limited to replacement parts, shipping charges, and testing fees—are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Our authorized reseller may provide a quote for repairs.
