Free shipping is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states and DC, or parcel delivery for smaller items. We are not currently set up to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and inside delivery, rigging and crating are not included — typically $150 to several hundred dollars, quoted in writing and charged only with your prior approval.

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.
1. Return shipping costs
You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped machinery this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.
2. Preparing your return
Parcel-sized items: we email you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Freight items are collected under a bill of lading we arrange. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machinery must not have been wired in or powered on. Photographic evidence is required.
3. Restocking fee
Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On a $10,000 machine that is $2,500.
4. Damaged or incorrect products
Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.
5. Refunds
Processed within 7 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.
6. Cancellations
Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

The Genmitsu PROVerXL 4x4 is a full-size 4' x 4' CNC router with a 1300 x 1300 x 118 mm (51.2" x 51.2" x 4.6") work area, linear guides and ball screws on every axis, and closed-loop NEMA 23 motors. It is built for furniture makers, cabinet shops and sign businesses that need to cut large panels in one setup, and it supports an optional second Z-axis for two-tool production.

Please note: the spindle is not included. The 4x4 uses a 65 mm spindle holder that fits a compact trim router or a spindle motor (sold separately).

Speed and Strength
Four closed-loop NEMA 23 motors on the X and Y axes deliver 3.5 N-m of torque and speeds up to 5,000 mm/min, checking their position constantly so detail is never lost.
Optional Dual Z-Axis
Add the optional second Z-axis assembly to run two spindles or trim routers. Pair a V-bit with an end mill, or cut two parts at once, for faster production runs.
Wi-Fi and 32-Bit Control
The included Wi-Fi module lets you run the 4x4 from your phone or computer through the Genmitsu App, and the 32-bit controller processes toolpaths faster than older 8-bit boards.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a spindle included?
No. The 4x4 ships with a 65 mm holder so you can choose your own compact router or spindle, such as the Genmitsu 710W router or a 1.5 to 2.2 kW water-cooled spindle.
How much space do I need?
The machine measures about 1893 x 1842 mm (74.5" x 72.5") and weighs 150 kg (331 lb). Plan for a solid table or stand, clearance around the frame and several people to set it in place.
What does the dual Z-axis do?
An optional second Z-axis assembly lets you mount two tools. Each head then covers 600 x 1300 mm, which speeds up jobs that need two different bits.
Which V-Carve version should I choose?
V-Carve Desktop limits jobs to 24" x 24". To design across the full 4' x 4' bed, choose V-Carve PRO.
Can it cut aluminum?
Yes, with a suitable spindle, carbide bits and proper feeds. The rigid rails and ball screws are designed for non-ferrous metal work.
