Free shipping is curbside or dock-to-dock delivery to a commercial address, or parcel delivery for smaller items. What is your Return Policy?

30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Email support@techforgedirect.com with your order number and reason. We will assess your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number and detailed instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.

1. Return shipping costs

You as the customer are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the items in your order. On freight-shipped equipment this can be substantial — we quote the exact amount in writing before you commit, so you decide with the full figure in front of you.

2. Preparing your return

Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email and affix the label to the outside of the package. The item must be unopened, unused and in delivery condition, including all original packaging and accessories, in a condition such that it can be re-sold as new. Machines must not have been powered on or put into service. Photographic evidence is required.

3. Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns carry a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. On an $8,000 machine that is $2,000.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

Note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photographs to support@techforgedirect.com the day of delivery. We will ensure you get the correct product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible, at no cost to you — no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Processed within 7 days of your returned item being received and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund with no fee.

Product Description

CO2 Applications

CO2 lasers operate at 10.6 µm wavelength which is strongly absorbed by organic materials. This makes them the default choice for cutting and engraving wood, acrylic, leather, fabric, paper, rubber, foam, and stone. Engraving quality on wood is outstanding and CO2 is the only practical way to cleanly cut clear acrylic. CO2 is also excellent at removing paint from tumblers and coated surfaces — the beam ablates the coating while leaving the metal substrate untouched.

Motorized Autofocus

A clever mechanical sensor built into the laser head itself provides backup height data when 3D camera data is unavailable. Intel RealSense™ 3D Camera

2D camera technology can only be used for flat surfaces and cannot compensate for curved or warped surfaces or varying heights. The Muse Titan with Autofocus utilizes Intel's 3D RealSense technology to accurately map millions of 3D data points. Engrave or cut on variable material heights in a single job, including curved surfaces.
